Casel Project

The Casel at Crowchild and 17th Ave SW Calgary. This 9 story building for Niklas Group was protected in 2011 by a Firestone TPO flat roof with with heavy 24 gauge sheet metal flashing at the perimiter and a combination of green roof and paving stones on the 3rd floor balcony roof area. A polyeurethane coating was applied to the concrete slab.
